Fine Art Print
On a recent trip to the west coast, I spied a sweet primrose plant for sale that just beckoned me. I was on my way to the ferry with nowhere to take it, so naturally, I pressed it in the passenger seat of the rental car!
And what a dream to press. The soft pinks, yellows, and greens are simply beautiful together thanks to Mother Nature’s genius. No need to consult a colour wheel here!
My goal was to capture the essence of the primroses so they could be enjoyed for a lifetime. Pink primrose signify femininity, grace, and renewal. The collage is complemented with a quote by Claude Monet, “I must have flowers, always, and always.”
This fine art print is a digital reproduction of flowers that have been traditionally pressed for 4-6 weeks. Each print is captured on archival-quality linen paper, preserving their natural beauty and detail.
Prints are sold unframed. Pictures show print in 8×10 frame. 5×5 print is collage only without quote.
